Do you have airport transfers to your apartments ?


Our Mumbai locations are at just 15 mins diistance from Domestic and International Airport, there are app cabs and pre paid cabs available at the port. More over you may use the google maps to reach our apartments with out any hassle. All you ned to type Arista Service apartments + Location and you will be directed straight to your destination. Currenlty we do not have an in-house pickup facility.

Do I get a better rate or discount for long term stay ?


Certainly Yes ! But you know what ? We have a unique feature here. We have also extended the long term rates to our short term stay guests. So even when you come for a short term stay you can enjoy the benefits of a long term stay. Please call us to know more about this :)




Do you have 1 BHK apartments ?


All our apartments are of 2 & 3 Bedrooms out of which you have the option to book either 1 or both the bedrooms as per your requirement. When you book one bedroom the other bedroom may be occupied by some other guest.




How many people can stay comfortably in these apartments ?


We normally suggest our guests to book in double occupancy per bedroom, but some of them also prefer to go for a triple occupancy, in such cases we provide them an extra mattress to sleep at night on a nominal extra cost.




Are Pets welcome in your apartments ?


Arista is a very pet loving company, and we would love to accomodate them too with our guests. How ever we suggest the following rules and conditions for us to enable extend this service to our guests. 1. The entire flat 2 BHK has to be booked. 2. Any damage caused by your innocent friend with be at your cost. 3. House keeping will not be responsible for the cleaning in case of any soiling inside the flat 4. There will be an extra cost




What is the Check-in and Check-out time ?


Check in time is 12.00 PM Check Out time is 11.30 AM For early morning checkins you would need to book from the previous date it self and for late evening check out the booking has to be till the next date.




What if I dont find it good at arrival and choose to not stay with you ?


This is a very rare case that any of guest not wanted to stay for a reason of not liking the facility. But yes for some other reasons some of them have opted to change their decision of stay. In such case you can pay the tarrif for that day only and not the entire stay. Very special and genuine cases we waive of that as well. We only wish that our guests realize that such last minute change in a decision is a financial loss for us.




What are the payment options do I have to pay advance for booking ?


We just love this question :) We Just love to see a pay day :) You may choose to pay by all means available currently by, Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Paytm. Our online payment partner is PayUmoney An advance payment of 50% or 1 Days tarriff which ever is higher needs to be done to confirm your booking with us.




What is your cancellation policy ?


We donot charge any money for all cancellations before 7 days of the check in date. However 1 day tarriff is payable for all the cancellations after this period. Also check out T & C for more details.




Are travel agents welcome to send their guests to your apartments ?


We are open and appreciate the interests of travel agents and aggregators to book our place for their guests. How ever the payments has to be made directly to us as per our regular payment terms and conditions.




What is the Tax rates ?


For a Room rent up to 2500/- per night the GST is 12% For a room rent more than 2500/- per night the GST is 18% as per current tax rules.
